About

Artists are like cats; designers are like dogs. Design, at its core, balances self-expression with a commitment to serve people.

Design should be both engaging and effective—expressive in its artistic value and practical through its technological application. If it’s only expressive, it becomes pure art; if it’s only functional, it risks feeling cold and mechanical.

My priority as a designer is to create work that is both compelling and problem-solving—serving users well while still sparking interest and emotion.
